DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) -- Severe thunderstorms rolled through the DFW Metroplex early Wednesday morning, bringing heavy lightning and golf ball sized hail to parts of the Metroplex. So far, there have been no reports of wind or lightning damage.

"I've never seen hail quite like this before," said Ray Huffines with Huffines Dealerships in Plano. He says just about every new and used car that sat outside, roughly 1200 vehicles, took many hits from quarter-size hail.
